Materials & care

• Wool coats and dresses — dry clean. Hang on a wide hanger.
• Silk — cool hand wash or dry clean. Do not wring.
• Linen — cool machine wash. Expect a soft crease.
• Leather shoes — wipe, then use a tree to hold the shape.

Faulty items

Photograph the fault, keep the tags, and contact us within 30 days. We collect the piece and send a replacement or a refund, including return postage.

Product safety

There are no active product recalls on this catalog. Electrical items (headphones, speakers, cameras) follow the usual CE markings on a live store. If a recall is issued we will post it here and email recent buyers.
